As one of the founding film makers for AL Jazeera's flagship environmental show 'earthrise' created by Neil Cairns , Russell has spent the last ten years traveling across the world meeting with and learning from ecologists and entrepreneurs, innovators and activists that are rising to the environmental challenges that we are facing. From the Congo to the Amazon, the High Andes to the Arctic - he has helped these individuals and communities share their experiences with the world by telling stories that excite, educate and inspire.
